1. What is Lynxx?
Lynxx provides you with the opportunity to enjoy more of what our big cities have to offer while in the company of like-minded, fun seekers. We are USA's most active and fastest growing travel, sports and social club. We offer you a packed event calendar from which you can pick and choose the events of your liking. Lynxx allows you to have fun and meet new people in a relaxed, no-pressure environment!

2. What is Lynxx NOT?
Lynxx is NOT a dating or singles club. It's made up of people that are single, dating or married. Couples are welcome and encouraged to join! Lynxx does not have any religious or political affiliations. We strive to make all people feel welcome in the club. Lynxx is NOT a non-profit group. We are a business that provides a service paid for with membership dues.

3. What is the age range?
The majority of people are ages 25 to 45. However, we welcome anyone to join who is at least 21 years of age. (No one under 19 may join because of insurance reasons)

4. Is my credit card information secure?
We use VeriSign to process our online transactions. VeriSign protects your credit card and other confidential information with industry-leading SSL encryption. Your credit card number and information is never made available, even to the management of the club.

5. Is my member data secure?
We understand the need for privacy. Lynxx will never divulge information about its members to anyone. Your member profile gives you the option to display your personal information to other members of the club only if you choose to so.

6. Can I get a refund on my membership dues?
Lynxx does not refund membership dues once they have been paid.

7. Can I get a refund if I cancel for a pre-paid event?
Unless otherwise noted in the Event Payment Details, as general rule, refunds may be obtained provided that cancelations are received at least 72 hours prior to the Event (3% will be deducted to cover credit card transaction fees). However, refunds for events are not guaranteed. Refunds depend upon the policies of 3rd party vendors and other factors. By registering for this event, you understand that you may not receive a full refund should you need to withdraw. 8. How can I cancel my membership?
If you join under either a semi-annual or annual membership plan, your membership will expire on your renewal data if you choose not to renew. If you join under the monthly membership plan, your credit card will automatically be billed on the same date as your signup date each month. To cancel your monthly membership, email your request to administration@lynxxusa.com at least 3 days before your next monthly renewal date.

9. Can I bring my kids or pets to an event?
That depends on the specific event. Not every event is kid or pet friendly. In the description of each event will be icons telling you whether kids or pets are welcome to attend. Please remember that members are responsible for any damage their kids or pets may cause and Lynxx assumes no responsibility for any injuries. Lynxx may ask a parent to sign a liability waiver on behalf of a child attending certain events.

10. What do my dues cover?
Lynxx is a "for profit" organization. Your Lynxx dues get you access to the Lynxx interactive website featuring the Lynxx events calendar. Only members have the ability to see the full details for every event including times, places, maps, directions and contact information. Members can RSVP for events on the Lynxx site as well. Most Lynxx events are for members and their guests only.
Your dues help to cover the administrative costs of planning and executing the events on the Lynxx events calendar. We strive to host at least one event every day so that you'll always have a lot of diverse events to choose from. We do the planning and organizing, you just show up and have fun!

11. How much are memberships?
We have created a Gold Membership which allowed us to lower our costs. The membership fee is
$79.00 Annually. Platinum Membership coming soon!

12. Are the events free?
Most events are free but it depends on the event. Some events may require the purchase of tickets or incur some travel costs. Each event listing will clearly state if it is free or not, and if not, what the anticipated costs will be. We always strive to get group discounts for our members.

13. Can I bring a guest to a Lynxx event?
Guests are usually welcome at Lynxx events. In the description of each event will be an icon telling you whether guests are welcome to attend.
Members will take priority over guests at events where space is limited. Members bringing guests to an Lynxx event are responsible for that guest's behavior and any damage that they may cause.

14. How can I become a LYNXX Event Leader?
Lynxx Event Leaders are long-term Lynxx members who post and lead their own events and activities. Event Leaders are not paid or employed by Lynxx, rather they volunteer their time in exchange for a free or reduced membership in Lynxx.
Event Leaders must meet the following requirements:
- You must First and Foremost be a People Person!
- To receive a complimentary Lynxx membership, must:
- Lead at least 1 events/activities per month, or
- Lead at least 1 overnight trip per month, or
- Lead at least 1 event per month that draws at least 50 attendees
- Be able to correspond via email or phone once per month to plan new events and activities
- Be friendly, courteous and respectful to all event attendees
- Be responsive and responsible
- Likes to have fun and meet new people!
